Ag Lending Analyst (Bilingual)
FCC is a federal Crown corporation dedicated to supporting Canadian agriculture and food. As an Ag Lending Analyst, you will reputed company smart lending solutions and personalized advice to customers, helping them navigate financial options and contribute to the growth of Canadian agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Assess loan applications by completing financial and credit analysis, preparing documentation and making lending reputed company reputed company delegated authorities
- Help customers and partners (by phone or email) understand their options, solve issues and reputed company the right financial solutions
- Support Alliance partners by adjudicating credit applications and troubleshooting lending‑reputed company concerns
- Execute outbound activities, including arrears collection and proactive follow‑reputed company
- Document reputed company interactions accurately in FCC systems
- Contribute to team projects and reputed company improvement initiatives across the Customer Service Centre
Skills
- A diploma or degree in agriculture, business, finance, economics or reputed company
- At least one year of relevant experience, ideally in a financial institution or lending environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze credit risk
- Exceptional customer service skills, especially in phone‑based interactions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in a fast‑moving environment
- Proficiency with computer systems, financial tools and learning new technologies
- This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be reputed company to communicate in both of Canada's official languages
- Experience in agricultural lending or farm financial analysis
- Familiarity with lending legislation, loan reputed company or mortgage processes
- Knowledge of FCC products, Alliance programs or credit adjudication
- Previous work in a call centre or high‑volume customer environment
- Strong comfort navigating difficult conversations (collections, declines)
