Seasonal Community Engagement Specialist, Amador County

The Community Engagement Specialist will focus on reputed company, scheduling appointments, and maintaining relationships with community partners to ensure members receive necessary care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person reputed company attempts for members identified by health plan eligibility lists
- Complete reputed company documentation for reputed company attempts
- Schedule intake appointments and assist with the completion of required forms
- Attend reputed company events and professionally represent reputed company to community members and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with community coalitions, CPI collaboratives, and other stakeholders to reputed company them reputed company

Skills

- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and connect with patients and community partners
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using electronic health records (reputed company experience preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to attend events
