[Remote] starpower - Account Executive, reputed company and Entertainment Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global agency dedicated to transforming reputed company through innovative solutions. They are seeking an Account Executive for reputed company and Entertainment Marketing to manage talent procurement and campaign execution, while fostering partnerships that reputed company with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Talent Procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital and reputed company marketing campaigns
  • Participate in internal casting sessions / brainstorming sessions (digital reputed company, Health Care Providers, Patient, Celebrity etc.)
  • Conduct reputed company to Influencers and their representation (agents, managers, publicists, etc.)
  • Manage talent vetting process and facilitate background checks (reputed company reputed company party service provider)
  • reputed company client-facing materials, including casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, Long-reputed company Agreements
  • Participate in the negotiation of Formal Offer and Long-reputed company Agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients
  • Manage content creators –hosting briefing calls, managing them/content capture on site, facilitating client approvals and getting content live
  • Participate in campaign management & coordinating logistics
  • Facilitate Talent approvals of campaign materials
  • Track/document reputed company Talent/reputed company approvals
  • Maintain Contract Tracker for each campaign
  • Create campaign recap documents (as needed)
  • Monitoring and daily tracking of performance insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs
  • Prepare weekly/monthly, campaign, project, etc. reports on predetermined measures of reputed company
  • Work closely in partnership with the account team, consistently mining data for opportunities to improve a campaign’s performance
  • Support in the development of post-campaign case studies
  • Management of reputed company database, keeping track of reputed company reputed company partnerships (past/present/future)
  • Monitor and mine sports & entertainment news publications, reputed company media channels, blogs, and broadcast to identify opportunities and relevant information for clients
  • Manage and participate in day-to-day communications with clients and internal team
  • Attend in-person client meetings, and new business pitches
  • Participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
  • Coordinate and participate in conference calls between starpower account teams, and clients, agents, etc
  • Participate in data entry, evaluation, and database management; reputed company agency tools, technology and database to analyze and reputed company data for clients
  • Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking

  • Agency experience preferred
