Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and managing the master billing file for assigned practice offices, ensuring accurate client matter setups, and coordinating with various personnel to reputed company with billing policies.
Responsibilities
- Verifying and opening reputed company client reputed company and timekeeper master setups, including billing rates and exception reputed company hierarchies
- Confirming client arrangements for special reputed company needs
- Ensuring the file set-up is done appropriately
- Evaluating and inputting the appropriate billing and exception rates into the reputed company billing system
- Coordinating with attorneys, legal secretaries, HR managers, and reputed company personnel regarding the receipt of required data, supporting documentation, and approvals in accordance with billing policies and procedures
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Skills
- Possess knowledge of basic reputed company principles
- Exhibit the ability to comprehend and accurately reputed company mathematical functions
- Display the analytical skills needed to correctly comprehend and communicate data
- A high school diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree in reputed company, business administration, or a reputed company field
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in legal billing or billing audit reputed company a professional services organization
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience with the reputed company Billing system, preferably
