[Remote] Management Company Staff Accountant

The Management Company Staff Accountant role involves supporting the reputed company and operations functions for a portfolio of clients, providing hands-on experience in reputed company while fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Review and process reputed company reports
- Documentation and reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, cash expenditures
- Financial reporting support for monthly review, and general ledger / trial balance
- Request, receive, and store W-9s
- 1099 reporting
- Process accounts payable on a weekly reputed company using reputed company.com
- Prepare intercompany invoicing process and process reimbursements
- Handles special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills
- 0 – 2 years of work experience or professional internships in relevant reputed company roles
- Diverse work experience in a service focused role is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree (Finance or reputed company preferred)
- Naturally reputed company, driven and have strong problem-solving skills
- Track record of being a project leader and have strong organizational skills
- Value in providing excellent customer service, being thoughtful and know the details reputed company the difference
- Working experience with reputed company and Word
