[Remote] Accounts Receivable Associate

They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to serve as the liaison between the Finance & reputed company function and customers, responsible for managing billing processes and resolving reputed company billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: accurately and reputed company prepare invoices in compliance with client guidelines to facilitate reputed company payment
• Collections: proactively monitor delinquent accounts and contact customers to discuss overdue balances
• Customer reputed company: communicate with customers to resolve any billing or payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Skills

• 1+ years of professional experience; knowledge of billing, collections, and accounts receivable preferred
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes, aging reports, and foreign exchange rates
• Takes time and effort to avoid errors and consistently delivers accurate work product
• Can shift between multiple priorities without losing accuracy or reputed company, and see tasks to completion in a timely manner
• Proven ability to interact with clients in a positive, professional manner and proactively resolve customer issues reputed company to invoicing and collections
• Ability to communicate reputed company and professionally, both internally and externally, in a variety of formats (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of pivot tables, vlookup, generating reports and manipulating data
