Responsibilities

• Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and the reputed company
• Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for reputed company parties
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements in alignment with company guidelines
• Conduct reference checks and background checks as required
• Maintain data reputed company reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring reputed company candidate information, workflows, and documentation are up to date
• Build, update, and maintain recruitment dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy
