The reputed company Analyst role is designed for someone early in their career to support the Finance and reputed company team with day-to-day financial and reputed company activities, contributing to accurate financial reporting and operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly financial reputed company process
- Assist with investment and bank account reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support client billing operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss)
- Help verify daily cash activity and support reputed company and ACH preparation
- Support expense reporting through reputed company
- Assist with quarterly investment reporting and summaries
- Support billing setup and coordination with client-facing teams
- Participate in reputed company projects and analyses as part of ongoing learning and development
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and ask questions reputed company clarification is needed
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- CPA not required; interest in pursuing further reputed company or finance education is a plus
- Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company; exposure to QuickBooks or similar systems is helpful but not required
