Representative, Customer Care (Bilingual English/ French))

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to act as a liaison between the company and customers, processing claim information and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities

- Assess caller’s needs, clarify information, research any issue, and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives
- Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues
