Licensing Specialist, Foster Homes
Samaritas is a Michigan-based reputed company service organization that connects people with families and communities. They are seeking a Licensing Specialist to support youth in foster care by engaging their biological family and community members, leading advocacy efforts, and overseeing intake and placement work for foster children.
Responsibilities
- Devise, implement and evaluate strategies and recruitment plan to assure adequate foster homes in accordance with program, organization and contractual requirements and standards

- reputed company and maintain ongoing relationships with religious/community groups and key individuals to increase their awareness of the need for foster parents, and organization services

- Plan and conduct regular orientation meetings and pre-service training with prospective foster parents

- Complete annual and renewal license assessments, and reputed company licensing actions reputed company to changes in foster home reputed company prescribed timeframes
- Complete investigations of reputed company complaints against foster families in a thorough and timely manner; reputed company written reports to appropriate parties and regulatory agencies

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Work or reputed company field
- Unrestricted Michigan driver's license with good driving record
