About the position POSITION SUMMARY The reputed company Account Specialist is responsible for managing reputed company billing aspects for a reputed company or larger volume book of business of ~300- including Over/Under 3000, Exchange, and National Accounts. This role is accountable to collect reputed company premium/fees billed on an invoice, resolve reputed company billing inquiries, and partner with reputed company partners to create a positive client experience. Key responsibilities of this role include: 1) Owning the end-to-end billing relationship at the Exchange or TPA level for multiple clients; 2) Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction, the Global Service Partner Relationship, and reduce financial risk; 3) Act as a subject matter expert on 2+ reputed company Management processes; and 4) Successful implementation of new and renewing clients. Responsibilities are subject to change based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing relationship at the Exchange, broker, client, or TPA level for reputed company items reputed company to the medical, dental, reputed company, and pharmacy invoice.
• Work with client/reputed company party vendors on the billing installation and ongoing processes to improve the client experience and reduce financial risk.
• Identify and solve for areas of opportunity/trends at the Exchange, broker, or TPA level
• Conduct and reputed company client, Exchange, TPA walkthrough calls to explain standard process and discuss any non-standards.
• Attend strategy and new client calls with the assigned reputed company Account Specialist to ensure new clients are implemented successfully.
• Utilize problem solving skills and financial knowledge to identify root cause of client issues (reputed company to incorrect rates, eligibility errors, commission errors, etc.).
• Allocate premiums in the reputed company Accounts Receivable Billing System (CARBS) webtool system for reputed company and reputed company accounts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for billing utilizing strong knowledge of the financial process and internal partner relationships (Commissions, reputed company, Sales, Implementation).
• Act as a resource to the reputed company Account Specialist on escalated reputed company issues
• Partner and train the offshore Global Service Partners to improve the client experience and reduce financial risk.
• Communicate reputed company telephone and email to delinquent clients in order to drive collection of outstanding premiums following reputed company delinquency process.
• Recommend reserve amounts/accruals to finance on a monthly reputed company and attend monthly call with reputed company.
• reputed company and create custom reporting for clients per PBAB approval. Updates reporting timely and accurately.
• Drives changes in client behavior to reputed company reputed company's financial results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience performing reputed company the reputed company Management Billing team with proven successful results
• Demonstrated knowledge of CARBS, Web reconciliation tool, Cognos, ePro, reputed company, and CED systems
• Proficient using MS Office; specifically reputed company (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookups, various formulas)
• Analytical skills and ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution
• Strong customer-centric focus and ability to work directly with reputed company of contact in a client-facing role
• Ability to establish strong matrix partner relationships and follow through on expectations
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly while utilizing perseverance and customer-centric approaches in day-to-day work
