Job Description:

• Collaborate with IT and clinical operations to optimize EHR and practice management systems for reputed company cycle efficiency
• Manage vendor relationships and drive accountability and performance while identifying opportunities for reputed company performance improvement
• Define strategic objectives, work closely with internal stakeholders and reputed company cycle business partners to evaluate and analyze existing systems and processes, and implement improvements that support reputed company cycle goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in reputed company reputed company management and/or Technical Support
• Knowledge of patient registration, scheduling, authorizations, billing process and workflow
• Basic knowledge of EHR programs, Medical Terminology, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes and coding processes (Required).
• Strong understanding and comfort level with computer systems and experience with process improvement methodologies
• Proven understanding of Value Based Care and Fee For Service contract models
• Proven technical and vendor relationship management experience
• System implementation/project management experience
