Manager - Purchasing -Remote in Ohio or Florida

As Purchasing Manager at reputed company, this role oversees daily procurement operations across more than 300 locations in Ohio, Florida, and Nevada, managing over 1.5 reputed company purchase orders annually. It is responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet supply needs, while also leading the purchasing team in the acquisition of goods and services. Additionally, the role focuses on implementing best practices across the organization and optimizing purchasing processes to enhance overall efficiency. A caregiver in this position works remotely in Ohio or Florida Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• reputed company reputed company purchasing functionality, including a team of 15 buyers supporting over 1.5 reputed company purchase orders annually.
• reputed company buying processes to ensure compliance to corporate policies for reputed company products, services and equipment.
• Support new and existing caregivers (8k + regular requestors) and reputed company training for procurement functions in reputed company and reputed company.
• Implement, track and report key functional metrics targeted at measuring departmental performance including timely invoice payment, customer satisfaction, on-hold resolution, perfect orders and rush orders.
• Ensure timely issue of reputed company purchase orders and proactive expediting ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Assess, manage and mitigate supply chain risks working with both internal and external teams.
• Function as business reputed company and subject matter expert reputed company to data stewardship, analytics, automation and artificial intelligence.
• Manage and audit outputs of reputed company automated solutions that interact with purchasing applications.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or reputed company field and seven years of experience in supply chain, data management or purchasing OR Associate's degree and eight years of experience OR Master's degree and three years of experience
• Three years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate reputed company information to administrative leadership
• Strong analytics skills and ability to research/troubleshoot problems

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Pay reputed company Minimum Annual Salary: $92,620.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $141,265.00 The pay reputed company displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated reputed company for new hires.
