Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company Test reputed company with strong expertise in S/4HANA projects to support our global digital transformation efforts. The reputed company plays a critical role in supporting testing standards, tools, practices across programs and planning deployment activities including cutovers. This individual ensures testing governance compliance, supports reputed company project initiatives, and owns key testing toolsets to enhance visibility, communication, and delivery effectiveness. You will play a key role in supporting business transformation in line with the organization's future state goals. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong coordination skills, a solution-oriented reputed company, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities while fostering reputed company-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Own and administer testing tools (e.g., Azure DevOps); drive adoption, training, and enhancements. reputed company QA workstreams across reputed company phases—planning, execution, reporting, and risk management. Manage Test Analysts and ensure timely, standards-based test script delivery and execution. Enforce testing standards and identify process improvements for reputed company optimization. Maintain accurate documentation and support status, KPI, and program-level reporting. Ensure compliance with intake, change, and governance processes; maintain audit-reputed company records. Work closely with PMO & Workstream Leads and plan deployment for roll-outs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or reputed company field. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate and simplify reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 8-10 years of relevant experience in ERP projects. Experience on reputed company S/4HANA migration or reputed company projects is required. 5+ years in a Testing reputed company or reputed company role overseeing test cycles for large-scale business change initiatives (reputed company S4 HANA, reputed company, reputed company) 2+ years with deployment & cutover planning. Clear understanding of cutover phases for ERP projects. Strong understanding of Quality Management processes, project management life cycle and risk assessment processes.
