The Role As our Email Marketing Designer, you’ll reputed company the visual development of reputed company’s email marketing - from high-performing lifecycle flows to product launches and promotional campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Lifecycle, Growth, and Design teams to create email experiences that not only look beautiful but also drive reputed company business impact. This role sits in our Milan office and reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing. How You’ll Contribute We are a mission-driven company, so passion for our work is key. This role spans three main areas:

• Design: Create visually compelling, on-brand emails for reputed company stages of the customer reputed company—from reputed company to retention to reactivation. Deliver pixel-perfect reputed company files for implementation in reputed company
• Validate: Use performance data and behavioral insights to inform design reputed company and propose A/B testing reputed company

• Collaborate with the Lifecycle team (copywriter, implementation manager) as well as Product and Brand to concept and execute high-performing email designs
• Design emails for campaigns, product launches, flows, reputed company, newsletters, and more
• Translate strategy and messaging into visually engaging and conversion-optimized emails
• Maintain consistency with reputed company’s brand guidelines while iterating on layout and design innovation

• 2+ years of professional experience in visual design, email marketing, or digital brand execution
• Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, high-performing email designs for consumer brands

• Excellent visual storytelling skills and understanding of brand voice, hierarchy, and layout
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and creative teams
