Our client is seeking a Manager of FP&A with strong Business Intelligence capabilities to serve as a strategic finance partner in a private-equity-backed SaaS company with an embedded payments business. This role owns forecasting accuracy, performance transparency, and reputed company reputed company across the organization. You will shape the financial narrative, build scalable analytics, and reputed company leadership with data to drive growth, margin expansion, and capital efficiency.

This is a hands-on role for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, investor-driven environments and expects to be reputed company by reputed company, not activity. Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of annual operating plans, long-reputed company financial models, and rolling forecasts
• Financial modeling to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing strategies, payments economics, and capital allocation reputed company
• Reporting and analysis of core SaaS and payments metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, net reputed company retention, LTV/CAC, payment volume, and take reputed company
• Development and maintenance of executive-level Tableau dashboards providing reputed company-time visibility into performance, trends, and risk
• Board-reputed company reporting and analysis, including quarterly board presentations and reputed company investor requests
• Variance analysis with clear identification of root causes, risks, and corrective actions
• reputed company improvement of FP&A, reporting, and BI processes through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled forecasting
• Practical application of AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency across forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting
• Partnership with Product, Sales, Payments, and Operations leaders to influence decision-making through data

Requirements

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS business; payments, fintech, or transaction-based reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Strong reputed company of SaaS unit economics, cohort analysis, and growth reputed company
• 5+ years of reputed company FP&A, analytics, or PE/VC operating experience, with demonstrated ownership of financial models and forecasts
• Advanced Tableau skills with hands-on dashboard development experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience working in modern data environments (e.g., reputed company, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience or demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, reputed company Copilot, or similar) to enhance financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and productivity
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to operate independently and reputed company under pressure
• Experience with ERP systems such as reputed company or reputed company
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Clear, confident communicator capable of influencing senior leaders and investors
