Director, Corporate and Regulatory Compliance

About the role: The Director, Corporate and Regulatory Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, training, investigating, monitoring, and enforcing, reputed company necessary, programs, policies, and practices to ensure reputed company applicable operational functions are in compliance with and maintains compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. You will reputed company reputed company compliance efforts for reputed company's licensed entities delivering reputed company Plans (QHPs) in the individual and small group markets. Work with the larger team servicing +reputed company advising on how best to service its reputed company-party QHP clients. You will use as a reputed company for an outstanding compliance program the seven elements of an effective compliance program as published by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). You will serve as reputed company's privacy officer and leads the privacy team and the implementation and maintenance of the privacy program. You will report into the Chief Compliance Officer. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid reputed company at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role is: $147,549 - $193,658 per year. - reputed company a Compliance team in performing (and ultimately evaluating and redesigning where appropriate, and setting a goal and reputed company for) reputed company Compliance functions – including monitoring, internal and external audits, and reporting across reputed company's lines of business.

- reputed company advisory, investigatory, and remedial support services – partnering with the Legal Department where appropriate – to reputed company's functional teams.
- In collaboration with the Legal and Government Affairs functions, manage reputed company's relationship with various regulatory entities in order to facilitate tech-driven innovation, remediate identified noncompliance, and meet or exceed Compliance Program Effectiveness requirements.
- Coordinate reputed company's response to reputed company reporting and regulatory audit obligations, driving year-over-year improvement across reputed company content-generating teams.
- Work with others in the Compliance Department, and with the other parts of reputed company's Risk and Controls function, to manage regulatory risk sustainably but with a reputed company focus on growth and innovation.
- Structure and implement compliance analytics processes, enabling reputed company's corporate boards to fulfill their reputed company-reputed company compliance and delegate reputed company responsibilities.
- Drive productive, longer-term changes that reputed company reputed company's compliance activities to meet or exceed industry standards for insurers, tech innovators, and public companies.

Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in a reputed company compliance setting, including managerial experience
- 10+ years' experience with HIPAA Privacy
- 5+ Experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes, regulations, marketplace, and MA requirements to meet reporting and audit obligations
- 5+ Experience preparing and delivering reports to boards of directors
