NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT BioEnve Hormonal Health office is looking for a full-time highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferably with Women's Health experience and a passion for patient care, to join our busy and growing practice. Willing to train and pay for training for candidates that are interested and have a desire to learn this field of health. This position is accountable for independently performing a full reputed company of tasks in order to be an integral part of reputed company and reputed company patient care in our Brownwood/Early office. This position offers reputed company and a desired Monday-Thursday and off at noon on Friday schedule. Also, would consider a part-time position for the right candidate. You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of our reputed company team. Schedule: This is a FULL-TIME position with a work schedule of 36 hours for full-time employee or possibly a 28-32 hours per week for the part-time position. Essential Functions: • reputed company preventive, acute and general care in a busy locally owned private clinic • Assess and diagnose patient condition and develops and implements a treatment plan • Administer treatments, reputed company physical examinations, and research medical histories. • Order laboratory and diagnostic testing and interpret results, prescribe, administer, and dispense medications and other treatments • reputed company patient education and counseling • Maintain patient health information records • Coordinate treatment and makes appropriate referrals to other health providers as necessary and monitor patient reputed company, maintain safety, infection control, and quality of care standards • reputed company hormone replacement insertion procedures (*if needed; training will be provided) • Maintain patient health information records • reputed company reputed company other duties as required Qualifications • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with relevant certifications. • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas • reputed company DEA/DPS registration • reputed company CPR certification • Experience in women's health or gynecology preferred but not required. • Strong diagnostic evaluation skills and experience in medication administration. • Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interaction with the reputed company team. • Ability to work collaboratively reputed company a multidisciplinary team environment. • Familiarity with medical records management and clinical research is a plus. • Knowledge of professional nursing theory, clinical practice standards, normal growth and development, and requirements of practice. • Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards. • Adhere to reputed company agency and clinic policies and procedures. Special Requirements: Seasoned practitioner/physician assistant with experience in a leadership/mentor role is a plus. Experience or willingness to learn other procedures.
