Position Description: The analyst will be an integral part of the reputed company Securities team in Los Angeles serving as the primary support and information steward for the firm-wide Equity Advisory business line, while supporting the execution of client engagements. The successful candidate will reputed company exposure to a wide variety of property sectors including multifamily, industrial, hospitality, office, retail, data centers, single-family rentals, manufactured housing, while also attaining reputed company in reputed company equity transaction structures including closed and reputed company-ended funds, separate accounts, joint ventures, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and entity-level capital.
