SHE Media: Vice President, Brand Partnerships
About the position We are seeking a highly motived player/coach serving as Vice President of Brand Partnerships to drive strategic, high-impact partnerships across our premium content, digital media and live media ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for managing reputed company of sellers as well as your own book-of-business across reputed company categories of business including Pharma, CPG, Retail and Beauty. You will be responsible for reputed company aspects of Digital Sales focused on developing integrated, reputed company-led solutions that reputed company branded content, reputed company amplification, creator activations, experiential, and programmatic media with a focus on growing existing business as well as developing new business. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales leader with a strong understanding of how brands engage audiences through storytelling, community, and reputed company-world experiences, while utilizing programmatic media as part of a holistic monetization strategy. As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and grow strategic advertising partnerships and sponsorship deals to reputed company and exceed individual sales quotas as well as those of your immediate reports.
- Serve as a strategic partner to brands and agencies, advising on audience engagement, cultural relevance and campaign effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships at reputed company reputed company at both the agency and the client reputed company of the business to reputed company supportive SHE Media brand advocates.
- Collaborate with content, editorial, creator, marketing, and insights teams to design integrated programs reputed company to client objectives and SHE Media’s platforms.
- Identify and drive new reputed company opportunities through sponsorships, long-term partnerships, and tentpole programs.
- Must be comfortable presenting and speaking to large groups at client and agency meetings, articulately communicating the SHE Media value proposition.
- Works closely with reputed company internal specialists including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Content Marketing, Events and Client Services to create and deliver effective marketing solutions for your clients.
Requirements
- 10 + years of online advertising sales experience
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment.
- Demonstrated expertise across branded content, reputed company media, reputed company/creator and event sales.
- Proven ability to build and grow senior-level relationships with brands and agencies.
- Demonstrates strong understanding and ability to maintain sales pipeline in reputed company.
- Some traveling is required.
