Overview

The New Business Region Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new restaurant business, assigned to a regional channel of business in Away from Home. With a focus on securing multi-unit restaurant chains (10-100 locations) as new business partners across reputed company reputed company lines of business. Responsibilities

• Deliver growth to the National New Business Foodservice Team, by driving new business sales across PFNA LOBs, achieving a reputed company of $2.5MM incremental growth annually
• Work closely with Region, National and HQ sales teams, and cross-functionally with Supply-chain, Finance, Marketing, and PFNA/PBNA counter-parts to deliver profitable new business and reputed company growth in the channel
• Become the New Business SME, supporting the team in targeting and closing, reputed company, high-reputed company sales opportunities
• Actively manages multi-year new customer pipeline
• Creates monthly report-out of prospecting reputed company and results versus plan
• Identifies and Sells PO1 opportunities across Divisions/Sector where applicable

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation reputed company for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization
• Strong thought-leadership and team management skills
• Extensive knowledge of the company landscape and how to manage an effective network
• Superior time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and plan
• Strong use of influencing skills to reputed company alignment agreement and commitments
