Job Description

The Patent/IP (intellectual property) Attorney Expert provides legal advice and counsel for a broad reputed company of businesses and moderately reputed company/moderately sensitive issues, particularly patent preparation and prosecution, reputed company reputed company, and IP counseling. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. USPTO registered patent attorney. 5+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience in a reputed company or technology company. Backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics, as well as experience with machine learning, AI, software, telematics, sensors, and insurance reputed company technologies, are particularly relevant in this role.
