Overview and Responsibilities As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that patients receive the medical equipment and services they need to manage their health and treatment at home.
