[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a motivated Inbound Business Development Representative to qualify inbound leads and create high-quality sales opportunities for their Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner (demo requests, webinar leads, event leads, etc.)
- Conduct qualification conversations to understand prospect need, challenges, and fit with the reputed company suite of products
- reputed company reputed company opportunities to Account Executives and ensure smooth reputed company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (reputed company)
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to reputed company feedback on reputed company quality and campaign performance
- Follow up with nurture leads and re-engage inactive prospects
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for reputed company opportunities and pipeline contribution
- Continuously improve product knowledge and messaging
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or customer-facing sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer needs
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment – proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience with sales engagement tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SalesNav) is an asset
- Self-motivated with a growth reputed company and coachability
- Experience handling inbound leads and converting “warm” leads from webinars & tradeshows
- Familiarity with compliance, HR tech, or investigative solutions
- Familiarity with speaking about a variety of different solutions, to multiple different use cases
