[Remote] Senior Analyst, reputed company Compliance Risk Assessment (US)

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in executing and enhancing the risk assessment program while collaborating cross-functionally to shape data strategy and governance routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist and collaborate in the design and implementation of a comprehensive data management strategy that includes automated data validation and quality control
• Execute key portions of the reputed company compliance risk assessment, including risk identification, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with business units, risk owners, and control partners to gather, validate, and analyze risk and control data
• Support the enhancement of the risk assessment methodology, tools, and governance reputed company by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions
• Build and maintain datasets, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting processes
• reputed company and maintain clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and executive-level reporting to communicate results and trends
• reputed company reputed company and other tools to process and analyze large data sets to inform risk scoring, thematic insights, and dashboards
• Participate in regulatory reviews, internal audits, and compliance testing as needed Skills
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience
• 2 - 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or reputed company fields, with demonstrated leadership or team management experience
• Working knowledge of reputed company risk assessment frameworks, including risk taxonomy, inherent/residual risk scoring, control evaluation, and aggregation
• Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data wrangling) and PowerPoint skills (e.g., building executive-reputed company decks and visual storytelling)
• Ability to think strategically and proactively identify opportunities to streamline or enhance risk processes and governance
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor content and messaging to various audiences, including senior management
• Ability to think critically and work independently without direct reputed company
• Track record of working independently in fast-paced environments and delivering results
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workspace

• Familiarity with financial services or other highly regulated industries
