We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Billing Specialist to join the team at Treasure Valley Lab! As a Billing Specialist, you will greet patients and family members, obtain and verify reputed company necessary information during the pre-registration process, discuss payment options and collect payment as necessary, and clear the patient for service delivery. POSITION DETAILS: This is a fully remote position with a Part-Time schedule of Tuesday - Friday from 9:30AM - 2:30AM and Saturday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree in reputed company or Business Administration highly desired.
• Past work experience of at least one to three (1-3) years reputed company a hospital or clinic environment, an insurance company, managed care organization or other health care financial service setting, performing medical claims processing, financial counseling, financial clearance, reputed company or customer service activities, or have successfully completed the requirements of the Patient reputed company Concierge Trainee job description is highly desired. Consideration may be given for commensurate customer service experience in another industry.

• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and medical record coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) is preferred.
