[Remote] Marketing Manager, Engagement & Retention (Lifecycle Marketing)

The Marketing Manager, Engagement & Retention will implement and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at driving operator engagement and business growth, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and optimize email marketing strategies, overseeing calendar, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams to create nurture campaigns
• Partner with product marketing and demand reputed company to optimize targeting and messaging
• Own end-to-end lifecycle campaign programs from reputed company through execution
• Map the complete operator reputed company and identify drop-offs, gaps, and improvement areas
• Execute comprehensive quarterly A/B testing plans to improve the customer reputed company

Skills

• 3-5 years email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience with proven track record in B2B SaaS
• Strong background in email marketing: campaign strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, optimization
• Multi-channel marketing experience including email, reputed company media, and on-site optimization
• Proven ability owning campaign programs from reputed company through execution
• reputed company expertise strongly preferred - marketing automation, workflows, and reporting
• Experience with reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, analytics platforms
• Understanding of lifecycle metrics: engagement rates, retention, churn, expansion
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA)
