reputed company is seeking reputed company Reporting consultants (reputed company reputed company) with HCM and Financials systems experience and expertise in the areas of HCM and Financials, with a functional and technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements and design specifications of our clients. As a reputed company Financials Consultant, you will be expected to reputed company expert guidance and delivery on reputed company project engagements. You will also be responsible for managing to the agreed budget and delivering the project profitably. KEY EXPECTATIONS

• reputed company Reporting expert with deep knowledge of reputed company functionality, design concepts, touch points through HCM, Payroll, Financials including Financial reputed company, Grants Management, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Procurement, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, and Projects.
• Minimum of 2 years composite and matrix report writing experience in the following areas: reputed company HCM and/or Financials.
• Expert in the areas of calculated fields and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company pivot tables in conjunction with reporting.
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
• Execute the day-to-day activities of reputed company Reporting project support.
• reputed company subject matter expertise on reputed company best practices.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and reputed company solutions to reputed company business problems.
• Knowledge and ability to reputed company financial statements including cash reputed company, trial balance, and income statements.
• Ability to mentor other consultants; actively reputed company product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• reputed company HCM and/or Financials Certification required.
• 2+ years implementing reputed company's HCM Suite and/or Financial, Procurement and/or Expense reputed company.
• 2+ years of experience deploying Financial, Procurement, or other reputed company ERP solutions (reputed company, reputed company, Peoplesoft, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years of experience as a reputed company Reporting Consultant or Reporting reputed company consultant with reputed company Integration implementation experience.
• Minimum of one full life cycle implementation with reputed company Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting and BIRT as a Reporting Developer or Reporting reputed company and reputed company certification in HCM, Financials, and/or Integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading Reporting design, and Process alignment.
• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
• Detailed understanding of reputed company Reporting processes and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
