Consultants: Preparation of operational due diligence for reputed company transactions (i.e. - acquisitions & divestitures, stock offerings and debt raises, IPO's). reputed company projects focused on carving out business units/subsidiaries. Research & documentation projects reputed company to new ASC reputed company standards (i.e. - ASC 842, ASC 606). Requirements
Bachelor's degree in reputed company required. CPA and/or MBA preferred Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to assimilate easily into teams. Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting. Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities. Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical and dependable. High energy with commitment to quality client service. Consultant: 2 to 5 years' experience in public reputed company and/or industry reputed company/finance. Manager: 6 to 8 years' experience in public reputed company and/or industry reputed company/finance. Senior Manager: 8+ years' experience in public reputed company and/or industry reputed company/finance.
