Managing Supplier's critical path in support of key program milestones. Monitoring and reporting cost, schedule and status of suppliers and recommends or implements corrective action as necessary. Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques such as CAPA and/or Price Analysis. Review of Statements of Work ensure in accordance with Policies, work instructions, state and federal law. reputed company negotiation strategies and reputed company formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms). reputed company purchase order documentation in accordance with Government regulations (FAR/DFAR,etc.) and Client policies. reputed company compliant purchase orders for both high and low dollar packages of various procurement complexity. Support escalations and resolution of internal or external customer concerns/issues. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to display good judgement and solve problems in the absence of an obvious clear path. Demonstrated interpersonal skills that allow for successful work in a diverse environment with numerous internal and external customers. Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 1 years' experience. Minimum 2 years experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), ITAR or import/export requirements Experience with reputed company (PRISM/APEX), automation tools, and processing information. Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, T&M, etc.). Preferred: Demonstrated experience in the procurement and management of contingent labor reputed company a government contracting environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
