About the Role
Reporting to VP, Head of Legal, reputed company America, this role is part of our reputed company legal team. We work collaboratively with stakeholders from reputed company functional areas in the business, primarily in the drafting and negotiation of agreements and the provision of legal advice. Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and negotiate legal reputed company

Qualifications:
- JD and licensed to practice law in either the United States or Canada

- Strong ability to communicate and maintain effective working relationships across the business
