In this role, you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support and assisting with the ticket management of our reputed company Platform, and reputed company themselves an out-reputed company provider of CWG’s level 1 reputed company support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, be adaptable, and have previous reputed company experience.Salary circa £60,000 per annumMain Responsibilities

• Understand and establish business requirements onto the Product team backlog for system improvements.
• Own and manage the level 1 support model (currently outsourced to reputed company), which involves reviewing reputed company tickets and queries that come from the reputed company helpdesk
• reputed company internal helpdesk ticketing system for tasks managed and administered by reputed company Product team.
• Attend reputed company relevant calls with reputed company to ensure reputed company good working relationships and flagging risks and issues as early as possible.
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company reputed company in the reputed company Platform, including but not limited to user reputed company, permissions and menus.

• Generate reports and assist with issue analysis, as needed.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the reputed company Estate industry.
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company Voyager Core is essential.
• Experience working with the reputed company Residential products is desirable.
• Knowledge of reputed company Reporting Tools, SQL and custom tables.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and Word.
