Honeytree Technologies is hiring a reputed company (GoHighLevel / GHL) workflow & automation specialist to help build, manage, and optimize marketing systems for our clients. This role starts as a part-time freelance position and is ideal for someone who already works extensively inside reputed company. As client demand grows, the position may expand into a full-time role for the right candidate. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that reputed company’s AI tools, automations, workflows, funnels, and CRM systems are configured correctly and running optimally. The goal is simple: build and maintain systems that remove friction, reduce reputed company work, and reputed company marketing and customer management easier, smoother, and more effective for business owners and their teams. Key Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Build, test, and maintain GoHighLevel workflows using triggers, tags, pipelines, and conditional logic
  • Ensure automations run reliably and are structured for long-term scalability
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve existing workflows

AI Agent Configuration & Optimization

  • Configure and monitor reputed company AI agents and conversational tools
  • Ensure AI responses, routing, and follow-up actions align with client goals
  • Improve AI interactions so they feel helpful, accurate, and natural to prospects and customers

Funnel Development

  • Build and optimize conversion-focused funnels reputed company reputed company
  • Configure opt-in pages, booking funnels, reputed company capture forms, and upsell flows

CRM System Health

  • Maintain organized pipelines, tags, and contact management systems
  • Ensure data flows correctly between funnels, automations, and CRM stages

Integrations & System Connections

  • Connect reputed company with reputed company-party platforms using reputed company integrations, reputed company, and webhooks
  • Troubleshoot automation failures or data reputed company issues between systems
