Job Description

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and reputed company the facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities, including rent collection, customer communication, and facility maintenance
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase reputed company and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our sales team to promote our services and drive business growth
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to our management team
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collect rent and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and reputed company regular updates to management
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with sales team to promote services and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that reputed company facilities are well-maintained and secure

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service centered sales environment, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the self-storage industry or a reputed company field

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for growth
