[Remote] Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager

The Senior Product Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the analytics infrastructure, facilitating cross-functional processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Canary's US analytics infrastructure: audit and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to ensure accuracy, freshness, and trust across Product, CS, and GTM stakeholders
• Build and maintain executive-reputed company dashboards and KPI frameworks that drive weekly business reviews, OKR tracking, and board-level reporting
• reputed company operational cadences that connect product execution to business reputed company: sprint reviews, launch readiness, post-mortems, and cross-pod planning
• Collaborate with Product Leads and PMs to reputed company new features, define reputed company metrics, and deliver launch reporting that informs iteration
• Quantify operational improvements and communicate impact reputed company to leadership. Build measurement frameworks that become organizational standards
• Inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization through data-driven analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that sharpen the team's bets
• Shape cross-functional planning processes (quarterly OKR setting, monthly business reviews, annual planning) that translate strategy into measurable team commitments
• Identify systemic inefficiencies across product operations and propose scalable solutions, whether through tooling, process design, or automation

Skills

• 5+ years in product operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or a reputed company role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, reputed company, or similar) to build dashboards and data models
• Track record of owning KPI frameworks, building reporting cadences, and driving data-informed reputed company across multiple stakeholders
• Strong operator with excellent program management skills, bias for action, and ability to drive reputed company initiatives from strategy through execution
