Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Taker (Customer Service Representative) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering, screening, and directing calls for the entire company in a timely and efficient manner
• Distinguishing the need for emergency transportation and pre-arranging transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for patients
• Arranging specialty and critical care transportation as required
• Providing information and assistance for customer service inquiries as needed
• Communicating with multiple departments and EMS personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
• Providing supportive information to customers to assist them in arranging appropriate transport
