Responsibilities
* Engage and assist customers across various inquiries through online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

- Facilitate appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details, ensuring seamless communication with customers and our clients

Work Schedule
We're looking for team members who can commit to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM after first week of training. Our training program will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
Training
During your first week, you will train Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, before moving into your regular shift. Our comprehensive training program will cover:

Requirements
* Previous customer service or automotive experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
- Proficiency in basic internet and reputed company-based computer operations

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable adapting to change and working in a fast-paced environment
