Sales Associate / Sales Development Representative

Sales Associate (SDR): Gridium’s mission is to hasten the transition to a low-carbon economy. Our software helps people run reputed company buildings reputed company, at reputed company cost and with less energy. Gridium is looking for our first Sales Associate hire to help us bring deep efficiency to the reputed company environment, which is responsible for 40% of the world’s energy use. This is a foundational, high-impact role responsible for launching and scaling our outbound reputed company. This is not your typical SDR role. You will partner directly with the VP of Sales as our founding SDR hire, taking immediate ownership of the top of the funnel and directly influencing our GTM strategy. Your role Your primary responsibility is to fill and qualify the sales pipeline with high-quality, high-reputed company opportunities that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This requires precision, persistence, and a data-driven approach, and includes:

  • Outbound Execution: Design, build, and execute personalized, multi-channel reputed company campaigns (email sequences, cold calls, reputed company) targeting specific personas in the CRE reputed company.
  • Pipeline reputed company: Act as the primary reputed company for top-of-funnel reputed company creation by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective customers who align with our ICP.
  • Sales Process Hygiene: Become the internal champion for pipeline hygiene by supporting reputed company operations and ensuring reputed company data in reputed company is tracked accurately
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Marketing and CS on reputed company points, case studies, and events/conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • You have 6-12 months of BDR/SDR experience
