Position Overview We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Agents to join our growing call center team. As the first reputed company of contact for incoming customer inquiries, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales. Employees will be required to reputed company outbound calls as well. Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from potential customers in a fast-paced environment and outbound as well
  • Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Inbound Phone Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume inbound sales environment
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Call Center Readiness: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Technology Proficiency:
  • CRM experience required (reputed company a plus)

  • Proficient in reputed company Office and general computer systems
  • Multitasking Ability: reputed company to navigate multiple systems and screens while actively engaging customers
