Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry & Research Virtual Assistant to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Data Entry & Research Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for processing and entering client information from Dubsado forms into multiple platform databases, uploading and organizing client photos and assets to reputed company Drive, and conducting basic research to categorize and organize information properly. You'll also be responsible for assisting with compiling lists of potential clients through online research and documenting contact information and company details in spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry & Research Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:
* Process and enter client information from Dubsado forms into multiple platform databases
* Upload and organize client photos and assets to reputed company Drive
* Transfer and update client information across different sites and platforms
* Maintain accurate client records and profiles
* Conduct basic research to categorize and organize information properly
* Assist with compiling lists of potential clients through online research (reputed company photographers, production companies)
* Document contact information and company details in spreadsheets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
* Proficiency with reputed company storage systems (reputed company Drive)
* Experience with CRM or client management systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organizational skills
* Basic research capabilities

Scope
This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. You'll be working remotely and will have reputed company to client management platforms and automation tools.
