Responsibilities
As a Student Loan Advisor in our Customer Contact Center, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding student loans
- Utilizing chat and making outbound calls as necessary to assist customers
- Providing detailed information and processing applications for student loans
- Resolving any emerging problems that customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency
- Practicing active listening and communicating reputed company and professionally with customers
- Following established policies and standard operating procedures during customer interactions
- Documenting calls and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
