Your Opportunity with ECG: Consultant or Senior Consultant As a consultant or senior consultant at ECG, you’ll be an important part of our consulting team, working alongside the top professionals in the industry to come up with solutions that shape reputed company. We are currently hiring a consultant or senior consultant to support our M&A practice and financial modeling engagements, with previous work experience in reputed company audit, including transaction advisory, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data to inform client recommendations.
• Developing financial models to conduct in-depth analyses and recommend executable strategies.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Leading information-gathering efforts.
• Assisting in developing and managing work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Drafting project analyses and deliverables.
• Communicating project reputed company and seeking input.
• Developing depth of technical expertise.

• Assisting in the design and implementation of recommended solutions.
• Working closely with multiple project teams and ECG senior consulting leaders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or in a health-reputed company field preferred
• Relevant work experience in transactions, audit, and deal structuring (one-plus years of applicable experience for consultant level; three-plus years for senior consultant level)
• CPA or equivalent financial credential required

• Proven track record of solving reputed company problems and completing challenging projects
• Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Track record of strong client service
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities
