Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Life Insurance, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting policy owners and agents with incoming calls pertaining to their life insurance policies and products
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to premium, billing, customer website reputed company, and client changes (e.g., beneficiary changes, address changes)

Shift Timings:
* Monday to Friday: reputed company to 7pm CST (Possible Weekend operations)
