Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time reputed company. As a key member of our Service Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and driving business growth. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including freight pickup requests, reputed company quotes, hot shipments, shipment tracing, and appointments or special requests
• Collaborating with the Service Center Manager and Account Managers to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
• Providing assistance to Drivers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery
• Preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies, to build strong relationships and drive business growth
• Participating in cross-functional teams to improve processes, resolve issues, and drive business reputed company
• May be asked to assist with payroll, data entry, freight reports, driver collect reports, billing, and filing

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of handling high volumes of phone calls and resolving reputed company issues
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues

• Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to type accurately and reputed company

Shift Availability

We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to work a regular schedule of 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Starting Pay

The starting pay for this role is $18.00/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on relevant industry experience.
