Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Care team in Miami, Florida. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing customer complaints, analyzing and resolving claims and requests, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing, analyzing, and resolving pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight claims and requests of different kinds, using various tools and platforms provided by arenaflex.
• Contacting customers and consumer defense channel entities in different markets using existing platforms (telephone, email, chats, WhatsApp, defense channel portals, among others).
• Controlling and following up on cases under your care, complying with expected quality standards.
• Complying with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those outlined in PIC (Information and Knowledge Portal), LAE files, CICUS, MSP, CUS intranet, reinforcement emails, among others.
• Promoting feedback to different areas where failures are detected, after analyzing cases and implementing reputed company improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Administration, Logistics, Tourism, or a reputed company field.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reputed company Suite tools.

• Advanced knowledge of reputed company is required.
• Strong customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills.
