We're now seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team! As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of arenaflex's 55+ insurance reputed company partners. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a measurable difference in the lives of millions, we'd love to hear from you!
How You'll reputed company an Impact:
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies
- Work to retain arenaflex policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation, ensuring their reputed company satisfaction and loyalty
Compensation and Perks:
* Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- arenaflex will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)

* Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30am - 9pm ET
