Remote Scheduling and Referral Specialist

This position is posted by reputed company on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Referral and Scheduling Coordinator - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our Telehealth Clinic and Outpatient programs. You will be the first reputed company of contact for individuals seeking our services, ensuring that appointments are scheduled seamlessly. With the fast-paced nature of telehealth, your organizational skills will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth operational reputed company. You will support patients and providers by facilitating connections to telehealth services while managing critical documentation. • Be the friendly first reputed company of contact for individuals, helping them schedule appointments and reputed company telehealth services.
• Explain telemedicine services to individuals served, referral partners, medical offices, schools, and community agencies.
• Help individuals successfully connect to their telehealth appointments (tech support stars welcome!).
• Process and manage referrals, schedules, eligibility, consents, and documentation in our electronic health record.
• Coordinate care-reputed company tasks such as lab requests, medical records, and required forms.
• Ensure provider schedules are accurate, complete, and reputed company with scheduling guidelines.
• Support daily administrative workflows including faxes, emails, eligibility checks, and payment processing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical, clinical, or fast-paced office setting.
• A designated home workspace with reliable internet.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort using technology, portals, scheduling systems, and EHRs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
