Project Coordinator, Professional Services (Remote)

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join Procore’s professional services team, responsible for successful delivery management of professional service engagements for our customers. In this role, you will reputed company projects that support Procore’s clients in maximizing the impact of Procore’s technology on their operations, ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations. You will manage reputed company resources to successfully and profitably deliver service engagements on time and on budget. This role is a balance of independent work where you’ll own and manage resources for multiple new accounts at a time, and will also partner with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales counterparts, Product, and other reputed company team members to help your clients reputed company and grow with Procore. • Work with clients to reputed company project strategies and project plans that focus on business-based reputed company. This includes leading initial client discovery and reputed company meetings, developing Gantt project plans, managing resources and risks, building change management strategies, and fostering relationships with global clients

• 2+ years experience managing SaaS projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, and building change management strategies
• 2+ years of experience working in construction operations or technical support of operations preferred
• History of servicing a high volume of customers in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
• Successful management of projects and professional services reputed company a defined, limited scope
