Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Telecom department. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for following up with customers and pre-reputed company leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. Key Responsibilities

* Follow up with customers and pre-reputed company leads to acquire new internet accounts

  • Assist with the installation process and ensure a smooth reputed company experience for new customers
  • Manage a daily customer list and report to the office once a day

Work Schedule

We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two options:

  • 5-Day Schedule: Work Monday through Friday, with two shift options:

+ 3pm to 9pm + 10am to 4pm

  • 6-Day Schedule: Work Monday through Saturday, with two shift options:

+ 4pm to 9pm + 10am to 3pm We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, so we're happy to accommodate different hours. Simply reputed company to one of our managers to discuss your needs.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a retail setting, interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner. We're not a call center environment, so you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers in person and build strong relationships.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
