Job Summary
The Crisis Hotline is the first reputed company of contact and representation of arenaflex by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into arenaflex's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by reputed company Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) 24/7, including holidays. As a Remote Overnight Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Supervisor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), you will play a critical role in providing direct clinical support to clinicians, reviewing chats and texts, and assisting with training and on-call clinical support.
Key Responsibilities

- reputed company administrative and personnel support to clinicians
- Review chats and texts along with documentation of reputed company-line clinicians
- Assist with training as needed
- reputed company on-call clinical support to staff as needed
- Answer calls, chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis reputed company services and risk assessments
- Work closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools
Requirements
* Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in reputed company/Behavioral/reputed company Services or reputed company field
- reputed company and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT
- Bilingual (preferred)

* Competitive salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 annually based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend
